Will.i.am appeared to maintain his composure on Friday, despite being evacuated from his London hotel that caught on fire.

The Black Eyed Peas frontman, 36, was photographed calmly covering his face with a T-shirt as he was escorted out of the burning 28-story Park Lane Hilton.

In town for business, the pop star had a performance scheduled for the evening with his band mates at Hyde Park, close to where the fire took place. He later Tweeted from the performance.

At least 20 firefighters were on the scene once news of the disaster broke. According to reports, no one was injured, but there were at least 1,500 guests and staff who fled the property.

No official cause of the fire has yet been released, but it reportedly began on the second floor in the kitchen.

A bullet ripped a MASSIVE hole through the side of the "Repo Games" van when a crazed gunman opened fire on the reality show crew back in April ... and now TMZ has footage of the frightening incident.

Terrified crew members can be seen running for their lives ... when 40-year-old Carlos Barron emerged from his Las Vegas home with a pistol on April 25 and began shooting ... all because he felt the production was too close to his house.

Barron can be heard threatening production members ...saying, "I'll blow your ass away man ... I will kill your ass."

As the cameras rolled, one crew member instructs a cameraman, "Tape motherf**ker ... this is real, real sh*t ... that's what Anderson Cooper does, b*tch."

Afterward, "Repo Games" star Josh Lewis admitted, "I thought I was gonna go Steven Segal for a hot minute and start throwing rocks ... [but then I] heard the second gun shot and I was like, 'F*ck that!'"

Cops quickly rolled to the scene and sent a K-9 unit after the suspect. Barron was eventually arrested and booked for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and obstructing a police officer.

The report, produced by Ready4Ventures, notes that only 4 out of 66 investors and 4 out of 109 entrepreneurs interviewed were women. Both data serve to underline the need for Ellas 2.0?s mission to remedy the shortage of female talent in the industry.

Other significant findings were that 72% of entrepreneurs used savings and family support to launch their projects and 43% see grants as a primary source of funding.

The entrepreneurs surveyed considered ICT as the sector with the most potential.  The most frequently cited business challenges for startups were access to finance, customer acquisition and bureaucratic public administration.

The good news is that 55% of investors believe they have more money to invest during 2011 and 2012 and only 18% believe they have less.

Paris Hilton is reportedly dating director Todd Phillips, following her split from Cy Waits.

The reality star was spotted with Todd Phillips at Hollywood?s Beacher?s Madhouse this week, where they sat at a secluded table with Paris? sister Nicky.

An eyewitness said Todd and Paris kissed and looked adoringly at one another the whole night.

Earlier that evening, Paris and Todd went to Chateau Marmont, where they had wine on the patio with friends.

Paris, 30, split from nightclub owner , Cy Waits,  last month after dating for 18 months.

At that time, Paris stated,  ?Cy is a good guy. We?ve been friends for years and it will not change. I just need some time alone to think about myself. We talk all the time. I have nothing but nice things to say about it.?

Actor Andrew Keegan was tasered and handcuffed Saturday night after he got into a little incident with police.

Eyewitnesses stated that actor Andrew Keegan, who has been seen on movies such as ?10 Things I Hate about You? and television show ?7th Heaven?, was having a little party in Marina Del Rey when police stopped by to ask him to turn down his music.

Sources said Keegan refused to cooperate, even becoming ?very aggressive.?

Police threw Keegan to the ground and even tasered the actor. An eyewitness said Keegan was yelling a cops to let him go.

Keegan was released but never actually placed under arrest.

A pal said, ?he was very shaken up? by the whole incident.

Drake and Rihanna got pretty damn close at a nightclub in Canada a few weeks ago ... snuggling up at a private booth -- but does the pic back up the rumor that they're really more than friends?
